Awe-Home Repair and Construction is a Spring Hope, NC based construction company that specializes in Remodeling, Renavotions, Restorations and general repairs. Awe-Home Repair is licensed and insured in the state of North Carolina. Through trial and error, I learned that the greater Rocky Mount area was in need of a good hearted contractor. The business was based off of a one job concept theory, meaning that we stay on the job until it is completed. This ocassionily creates a waiting list for our customers, but ususally it is appreciated once we begin your project.
Awe-Home Repair began in 1995 and has grown every year. There is no two structures alike, therefore the combined seventy-five years of experience allows us the ability to meet the owners' desire. Awe-Home Repair has several crews that work together to complete the job within a timely manner. The crews are employees that work under the control of one roof. Awe-Home Repair does ulitize trade sub-contractors that are also licensed and insured. Each employee and sub-contractor goes through a crimal back ground investigation.
It is a burden on a household to have people working on the property and we respect that. Awe-Home Repair tries every effort to make the process as least distrubing as possible. These are before and after Images. This Home was completely remodeled. The project included: new electrical service, installation of Heating and Air unit, and complete plumbing re-work. The exterior was covered in vinyl siding, trees removed, landscaping, and installation of privacy fence.

Awe-Home Repair has a vinyl screen porch package that is as maintenance free as possible. Awe-Home Repair can remove your existing rails on a deck or patio and covert this area into a another well used room in your home. The idea of the porches is to make it appear to have been built during construction of the home. Awe-Home Repair uses Screen Tight Screening which is a vinyl system that allows repairs or replacement of the screen without damaging the hardware. Screen Tight is also easily cleaned with soap and water. Whether it is built from the ground up or a conversion, the package includes: the same siding of the home, Screen Tight screening system, Fiberglass screen, metal entrance door, electrical receptacles, remote control ceiling fans and indoor/outdoor carpeting.
