Awe-Home Repair is licensed and insured in the state of North Carolina. Through trial and error, I learned that the greater Rocky Mount area was in need of a good hearted contractor. The business was based off of a one job concept theory, meaning that we stay on the job until it is completed. This ocassionily creates a waiting list for our customers, but ususally it is appreciated once we begin your project. Awe-Home Repair began in 1995 and has grown every year. There is no two structures alike, therefore the combined seventy-five years of experience allows us the ability to meet the owners' desire. Awe-Home Repair has several crews that work together to complete the job within a timely manner. The crews are employees that work under the control of one roof. Awe-Home Repair does ulitize trade sub-contractors that are also licensed and insured. Each employee and sub-contractor goes through a crimal back ground investigation. It is a burden on a household to have people working on the property and we respect that. Awe-Home Repair tries every effort to make the process as least distrubing as possible. The exterior was covered in vinyl siding, trees removed, landscaping, and installation of privacy fence. The planning took as long as the restoration. It is common practice of Awe-Home Repair to plan the project throughly before any work is commenced. The idea behind this project was to save as much of the orginial as possible. The exterior was repaired and covered with vinyl siding. The interior was lead abated and restored with modern luxuries. Due to the condition of the home, the project was completed in six months. The finish product consist of: three bedrooms, two and half baths, living room. formal dining room, kitchen and walk in pantry. This home gives you an apprecation of the past and a sense of country living.
